How do I  shop at Craft Utopia Ltd?

•  Its easy ! You  simply place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the secure check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the web-site.

Details of delivery charges can be found on our Delivery Charges page.  Some heavier items may not be eligible for free delivery but these items will be marked clearly on the product description page.

How do I  know my order has been successfully placed ?

•    We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
      As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
      Order acceptance and the completion of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.

In the event of an order not being successful, it may be a result of one of the following:
•      The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
•    We being unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us urgently as we dispatch orders within 24 hrs of  receipt. We will refund the value of your order via your credit/debit card.


Can I return my order ?

Yes, Should you be somehow disappointed with your purchase, you may return it to us within seven working days of receipt. Please return your order acknowledgment email to sales@craftutopia.co.uk stating clearly that you wish to cancel the order.

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the full price of the item to the purchaser. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise the cost of returning the item to us is at the Customers expense, unless damaged. We cannot accept the return of any items which have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have reason to return any item, before posting, please send an e-mail to sales@craftutopia.co.uk  stating the reasons for wishing to return the item.

Please wrap the item(s) securely for transit, and remember to enclose a copy of the order acknowledgement or email. You will need to cover the cost of returning any item(s) to us.

Please note that:

•    obtaining a proof of posting does not prove that we received any package(s) you send.   We therefore strongly recommend that you use a method that guarantees a signed-for delivery and offers full compensation should any item become lost or damaged.

•    we are unable to accept/process any returns without accompanying  paperwork or refund items that have been damaged whilst in transit to us or through the use of incorrect packaging.
   
Once we have received and verified the returned item(s) we will initiate the appropriate refund or for like exchange.

Your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:

•    Where products utilise a seal that has been broken.
•    Are not "as new" and therefore unable to be resold as new.



Are the images an accurate portrayal of the item ?

Yes, we  take  great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on our Website are accurate. However whilst we endeavour to show all items as true as possible, colour shades may vary slightly from the actual item. 

Please note:  All images shown on this website are subject to manufacturers copyright and it is an offence to attempt to save or copy them to your computer and use them in any way. 

What forms of Payment can I use ?

The total cost of your order is calculated at the Checkout and any delivery charges that are applicable are added there. Payment can be made by the Worldpay (Streamline) or Paypal,  both of which are secure payment facilities, using a credit or debit card. We accept Mastercard,  Visa, Visa Delta, Solo, American Express, Maestro & Visa Electron cards.

Please ensure the Credit/Debit card you use is yours and bears your name on it.

We will also accept payment by cheque or postal order, please ensure that you send payment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as we can only reserve the items chosen for 5 days pending receipt of your payment.  Orders not paid within this time period will be returned to stock.  Orders paid for by cheque will dispatched on bank clearance of cheque.  For a speedy delivery Postal Orders are preferable as orders can be dispatched immediately upon receipt.

 If a Cheque or Postal order has not been received within 5 working days we will e-mail you to advise non-receipt and items will be returned to stock.  We will not be able to guarantee availability of items after 5 working days.


Does Craft Utopia have a Privacy Policy ? 

Yes, We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We only collect personal information about you for 2 reasons:  to process your order or to provide product information if requested. 

We do not pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.    

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.    

The type of information we will collect about you includes:    
    * your name
    * address
    * phone number
    * email address
    * credit/debit card details (if placing an order)


We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

To monitor our websites performance, we may use technology to track the trend patterns of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
