Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to validate all prices before we process your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.

Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products may vary. All product measurements are approximate. Product colours may vary.

You can buy products from us online. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Goods will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment, unless payment is made by cheque in which case your purchases will be dispatched upon bank clearnace of the cheque.

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

Orders are normally delivered in around two days by 1st Class Post although we can not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. We will also accept payment by Postal Order or Cheque, although orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until funds have cleared into our bank (this can take up to 5 days). 

If paying by cheque we will hold all stock ordered for you for 3 working days at which time items will be returned to our stock and we will not be able to guarantee availability.  This is due to previous experience of orders being placed for payment by this method and then payment has not materialised.

All prices are displayed in UK pounds.

We make no guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programs.

Craft Utopia can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the goods purchased.
